Sura 37 As-Saffat (Standing in rows), ayat 30

1. وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ سُلْطَانٍ ۖ بَلْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا طَاغِينَ

   And we had over you no authority, but you were a transgressing people.
